Recently had a pasta dish at a local restaurant called Chicken Gigi. It was quite good. Sometime I will try a copycat recipe. It had angel hair, pepperoncini, a lot of sliced garlic, and butter. It maybe had a little olive oil, and I think it would be good with a little white wine. The chicken breasts were flour coated and pan fried. They would have been good if they were dry brined. I added red pepper flakes and fresh grated parm to mine. Definitely going to try making this.
