Buttery Roast Chicken

Buttery Roast Chicken from Bon Appetit

I didn't measure anything, and though the recipe calls for fresh coarse Brioche or challah breadcrumbs, I used soft rolls (similar to kaiser rolls) for this. I processed in food processor with butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried thyme, powdered garlic, powdered onion, paprika, salt, pepper. I would maybe add some white wine next time, or fresh parsley. I didn't use a pastry bag to push this under the skin but maybe I will try that sometime. Roasted at 375 on top of veggies. I added some white wine and chicken broth to the pan. This was very good. 

Note with this recipe said Dear Bon Appetit, I was wondering if you could get the roast chicken recipe from Boka in Chicago. My kids loved it. They would be over the moon if I could make it for family dinner. 

Recipe dated May 2016. I didn't realize I had cut it out that long ago.
