Mediterranean Chicken & Orzo from Sip & Feast
I actually decided to make this as a side dish, so I left out the chicken, and added fresh green beans. This was incredible! One of the best things I've ever made. I also omitted the honey.
Definitely going to make this again.
Sauteed diced onion & salt in butter and olive oil. Added minced garlic and pepper flakes, sauteed a minute. Added split cherry tomatoes, sauteed a few mins. Added orzo, toasted it for a few minutes. Added chicken broth and oregano. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer and cover. Cook 5 mins then added green beans. Cook about 10 mins more then add kalamata olives. Cook a few more minutes. When orzo is fully cooked, add lemon juice, feta and fresh parsley.
