Tortilla Roll-Ups

TORTILLA ROLL-UPS

2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 pkg. 10" tortillas
2-3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2-3 T. salsa, Pace-Picante medium preferred
1 small jar green chiles
1 T. lemon juice

Other optional ingredients: green olives-chopped and drained (about the equivalent of 1 small jar of black olives), black olives-chopped and drained (1 small jar), jalapenos chopped and drained (about 10 slices of jalapenos from the jar), jalapeno juice (2-3 teaspoons), chopped green onions, ground cumin, lemon powder, chili powder, chopped ham, and chopped dried beef. If you are not using jalapeno juice or salsa, you may need to add a little extra lemon juice. Using the back of a spoon, mix ingredients together. Spread onto room temperature tortillas, roll and refrigerate. After refrigerating for a few hours, cut ends off of tortillas and slice remaining roll into bite size slices.
