Pioneer Woman's Baked Beans

Made these Baked Beans last week. Didn't think they were great. Also, if you scroll down to the printable recipe it says "Quick Southern-Style Baked Beans"- how can something that needs to cook for 2 hours be considered quick? Anyway, usually I love Pioneer Woman's recipes, but I just didn't love this one.
