I recently bought an Oxo Seal & Store Rotary Grater because I've been using a lot of fresh grated parmesan and romano cheese. So far I am really happy with it, though I will say it doesn't work well on cheeses that are not super hard like cheddar. I will only be using this for blocks of parmesan or romano or maybe chunks of chocolate. This works wonderfully on hard cheeses, and kind of makes me feel like I'm at Olive Garden. It also comes apart easily and is dishwasher safe. I'll have to add this to me list of Favorite Kitchen Gear.
