Cake Pops

I recently made Cake Pops which are a recipe by Bakerella. Basically, you bake a boxed cake mix, then crumble it into a bowl and mix with a can of frosting. Roll the mixture into balls and freeze. Then stick lollipop sticks in them and dip them in melted chocolate. You can then either stick them upright in a block of styrofoam to dry, or place them on waxed paper as you would a candy apple. Let them cool, then wrap individually in plastic wrappers. These were a major hit and I would definitely make them again. You don't have to make them on sticks either, you can just make them as Cake Balls.
