Horseradish & Sour Cream Fry Dipper
Along with the sliders I made for dinner, I also made baked freshcut fries and this recipe for Horseradish and Sour Cream Fry Dipper from Everyday with Rachael Ray. This seemed like the strangest recipe to me- apple sauce, bread crumbs, sour cream, horseradish, etc. Still, I tried it, and was surprised at how good it was. I used dried chives because I rarely have fresh. I think honestly this would be good with a little blue cheese mixed in, and maybe some garlic of course. This was good, but I'm not sure I'd make it again because only half of my family liked it, and I think in the long run I prefer fry sauce if I am going to dip my fries into something.

oh the nastiness of fry sauce. Sorry I can't agree with you on that one.
