Simply Roasted Chicken

Yesterday I tried this recipe for Simply Roasted Chicken from Top Chef Winner Kevin Sbraga. The recipe ran in People magazine, I believe. I didn't really care for this recipe. It did not have great flavor. I honestly don't even know why I tried it, because nothing tops Kimberly Belle's Roast Chicken & Veg. I would say my second favorite roast chicken recipe is Jamie Deen's Butterflied Chicken with Roasted Vegetables & Pan Gravy.
