Sanpete BBQ Turkey

I forgot to blog about this recipe when I made it. A few weeks ago I made Sanpete BBQ Turkey. It was good and the turkey was incredibly juicy, but the flavor wasn't as strong as I'd hoped. Next time I'm adding a lot of minced garlic to it.
