Instant Pancake Mix from Alton Brown

While our friends were visiting they also made pancakes one morning that were absolutely incredible! They used Alton Brown's Instant Pancake Mix. They added chocolate chips to some of the pancakes, and walnuts and cranberries to some others, and the pancakes were also delicious plain!!! These were definitely the best homemade pancakes I've had.
