Chicken Scampi from Sip and Feast
The flavor was decent but I don't think the muenster cheese added anything to the dish, and it became hard and clumpy as you were eating the chicken. I also felt the sauce was too thin, and needed some thickener added to it. This was a recipe that felt like it had a million steps and created TONS of dishes. I feel it could be streamlined a bit. I might make this again but would omit the muenster and tweak some things.
Although I only gave this recipe 3 stars, I generally like the site's recipes.
